Check the destination-specific status, note the Profile and time, and keep every password, token, and recovery code out of the message.
Pre-release status
99Posts is currently pre-release and is not presented here as an App Store download. YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok access can depend on provider review, account eligibility, territory, permissions, and changing API capabilities. A provider-console mode or a controlled test does not guarantee production access for every user.
Owner sign-in versus publishing connections
Sign in with Apple or Google to own the 99Posts workspace. This login is separate from the YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok accounts that publish posts. Signing in with Google does not automatically connect a YouTube channel.
Open a Profile to connect or replace one account for each supported platform. If a provider does not return the expected account, confirm that you selected the correct provider login and that the account meets its eligibility requirements.
Local drafts and the composer
A saved draft remains local to the signed-in owner and Profile until you schedule it. If a draft appears missing, confirm that you are using the same device, owner account, and Profile. Reinstalling the app or clearing its local data can remove local drafts.
Choose a video and cover, then enable only the destinations you want. Each platform exposes different copy, privacy, audience, commercial-content, and disclosure controls. A control that one provider supports may not exist for another.
Scheduling and publishing problems
A scheduled time is a target. Upload time, platform review, account restrictions, provider outages, rate limits, or API changes can delay or reject publication. Read the destination-specific status in 99Posts and confirm the final result on the provider itself.
When contacting support, include the approximate time, destination, Profile, and visible status or non-sensitive error. Do not send passwords, access tokens, recovery codes, full receipts, or provider secrets by email.
Insights and metrics
99Posts shows supported views, likes, comments, and shares when a connected provider returns them. Metrics may arrive later than the post, be rounded or revised, or remain unavailable. Compare against the provider's own dashboard when exact current figures matter.
Screens shown on the public 99Posts page can contain illustrative sample metrics. They demonstrate the interface and are not claims about a real campaign or provider approval.
Disconnecting a platform
Disconnect the publishing account from the Profile in 99Posts. You can also revoke 99Posts access in the provider's account settings. Disconnecting prevents future requests through that connection but does not delete posts already published on the provider.
Subscriptions and purchases
If paid access is offered, Apple handles App Store billing, cancellation, and refund decisions. Use Restore Purchases when a valid purchase is not recognized. Manage or cancel an auto-renewing subscription in Apple Account settings.
Deleting the app or 99Posts account does not cancel Apple billing. Never email complete payment-card information or a signed StoreKit payload.
Privacy and account deletion
Delete Account in the app removes active 99Posts Profiles, scheduled posts, uploaded media, connected-provider credentials, and insights, with narrow retention described in the 99Posts Privacy Policy. Provider revocation is attempted where supported.
Deletion does not remove posts already published on YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok and does not cancel an Apple subscription. Remove published posts at the destination and manage billing through Apple separately.
