Try Restore Purchases, note the model and time, and keep every API key out of screenshots and messages.
Purchases, subscriptions, and credits
Open 99AI Settings to see your current plan and remaining credits. Each successfully paid monthly period resets the balance to the plan's exact allowance; credits are not added to an old balance, do not roll over, and expire when that subscription period ends. If Apple shows an active purchase that is not reflected in 99AI, use Restore Purchases while connected to the internet. The app verifies the exact StoreKit transaction with the backend before it finishes activation.
Apple handles subscription billing, cancellation, and refund decisions. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting 99AI or its cloud account does not cancel Apple billing; account deletion permanently forfeits remaining credits and the current period allowance.
Image or video generation problems
Generation time depends on the selected provider and model. Keep the app available while a new job is submitted; managed video jobs continue to reconcile on the server even if you close the app. Reopen 99AI to refresh a queued result.
If a provider rejects or fails a request without charging STRICS, reserved managed credits are returned. If the provider confirms a real processing charge—even when output later fails to download or is safety-blocked—the corresponding credits can remain used. Include the model, approximate time, and the visible error when contacting support; never email an API key.
Bring your own key
BYOK works with a key from the provider selected in 99AI. Add or replace it in Provider Keys. Keys remain in the iOS Keychain and are sent transiently through the authenticated backend only for the provider request; STRICS does not keep a reusable server-side copy.
A provider can reject a key that is invalid, expired, lacks billing, has no quota, or cannot access the chosen model. Check the provider console first. Provider charges and account limits belong to that provider account, not the 99AI managed-credit balance.
Privacy and refund-information choice
Apple refund-information sharing is optional and off by default. You can change it in 99AI Settings. No prompt, image, video, generated content, support email, or provider key is sent to Apple for refund review.
Read the full 99AI Privacy Policy for account data, generation processing, purchase verification, retention, deletion, and the exact optional Apple response. Privacy and data-rights requests can be sent to hello@strics.at.

Delete Account in Settings removes the active 99AI cloud account, consent state, generation records, local history, and saved provider keys. Narrow one-way StoreKit replay and recovery hashes can remain for a limited period to prevent duplicate credit grants and help protect a deleted purchase from theft.
Because the app uses a pseudonymous account, include the in-app context and purchase date—not payment-card details—when support needs to locate a transaction. Never send a StoreKit signed payload, full transaction receipt, or provider secret by email unless support gives you a secure, specific instruction.
We’ll take a look.
