99AI is provided by STRICS IT GmbH, Florian-Gmainer-Strasse 4, 4240 Freistadt, Austria. These product terms apply to the 99AI iPhone app, its managed-credit service, and its bring-your-own-key features. By using 99AI, you agree to these terms and the 99AI Privacy Policy.

For an App Store download or purchase, these terms supplement Apple's applicable App Store terms and Standard End User License Agreement. Apple remains responsible for App Store billing and refund decisions. Mandatory consumer, warranty, withdrawal, and digital-content rights always prevail where they apply.

Basic and Pro are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. The App Store purchase sheet shows the current local price, billing period, taxes, and plan allowance before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless you cancel in your Apple Account settings, Apple may renew and charge the subscription under its displayed terms.

Credits included with a 99AI subscription are a limited service allowance for the current paid subscription period. They are not cash, stored value, or a separately purchased balance. At the start of each successfully paid monthly period, the available balance is set to the exact allowance shown for the active plan—currently 1,000 credits for Basic and 5,000 credits for Pro. This is a reset, not an addition.

Unused credits do not roll over, accumulate, increase the next period's allowance, transfer to another account, or have a cash value. They expire at the end of the applicable subscription period. If a verified subscription expires, is refunded, or is revoked, its remaining credits become unusable and the managed-credit balance is cleared.

Turning off automatic renewal prevents a future renewal but does not normally end the period already paid for. Subscription access and remaining period credits continue only until that paid period expires. Deleting 99AI or its cloud account does not cancel Apple billing; account deletion permanently forfeits the remaining balance and current-period allowance.

Before a managed request starts, 99AI shows or calculates the applicable credit cost and reserves that amount. A completed image or video consumes the settled amount. If the selected provider does not bill STRICS for a definitively rejected or failed attempt, the reserved credits are returned.

A failed, unavailable, or safety-blocked attempt can still consume credits when the provider actually bills STRICS for processing it. 99AI uses provider-reported or otherwise verified cost evidence to settle that attempt; an uncertain or merely submitted request is not represented as proven consumption for Apple refund review. Provider prices, output times, model availability, and safety decisions can change outside STRICS's control.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases and makes the final decision. STRICS cannot promise that Apple will grant a refund, and nothing in these terms removes rights that the law gives you.

If you separately opt in to the current App Store refund-information disclosure, 99AI may answer a verified Apple Consumption Request with limited delivery information and a refund recommendation. Once at least 1% of the transaction-linked chargeable allowance has been used, 99AI may ask Apple to decline or reduce the refund because provider service has already been consumed. 99AI does not send Apple prompts, images, videos, generated content, provider API keys, or a subscription credit-usage percentage. The 99AI Privacy Policy explains this optional sharing in full.

The one-time BYOK unlock lets you connect supported provider API keys. The provider—not STRICS—charges the provider account associated with that key. You are responsible for the key, account security, billing, quotas, permissions, and compliance with the provider's terms. 99AI does not guarantee that every provider model remains available to every account or territory.

A BYOK key is stored in the iOS Keychain and sent through the authenticated backend only for the selected request. Removing the key removes its local Keychain copy. The one-time unlock does not include provider usage, provider credits, or reimbursement of provider charges.

You remain responsible for prompts, reference media, start and end frames, generated results, and any rights or permissions needed to use them. To the extent permitted by the selected provider and applicable law, STRICS does not claim ownership of your creative inputs or generated results. AI output can be inaccurate, non-unique, or similar to other output and should be reviewed before publication or reliance.

Do not use 99AI for unlawful, exploitative, abusive, infringing, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or harmful content. This includes child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors or people presented as minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, attempts to evade provider safety systems, and content for which you lack necessary consent or rights. Requests may be blocked, access may be limited, and serious abuse may be preserved or reported when legally required.

99AI depends on Apple, Firebase, cloud infrastructure, and the selected AI provider. We work to keep it available and to reconcile accepted jobs, but uninterrupted service, a particular model, a particular output, or suitability for a specific purpose is not guaranteed. Do not use generated content as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-stakes advice.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, STRICS is responsible only for direct loss caused by its breach and is not responsible for provider-account charges, user content, unlawful use, or indirect and consequential loss. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections and liability for intent, gross negligence, injury, or mandatory product rights.

We may suspend managed generation or account access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, infrastructure, billing integrity, or legal compliance. We may terminate access for material or repeated breach, but an Apple subscription must still be canceled separately in your Apple Account settings.

You can delete your 99AI account in Settings. Limited one-way StoreKit replay and recovery records can remain for a defined period to prevent theft and duplicate credit grants, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms when the product, providers, prices, law, or billing model changes. Material changes apply prospectively and will be published with a new effective date.

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts are determined by applicable law; mandatory consumer venues remain unaffected.
