99Music is provided by STRICS IT GmbH, Florian-Gmainer-Strasse 4, 4240 Freistadt, Austria. By downloading or using 99Music, you agree to these terms and the 99Music Privacy Policy.

These terms supplement Apple's applicable App Store terms and Standard End User License Agreement. Mandatory consumer, warranty, withdrawal, and digital-content rights always prevail where they apply.

99Music is sold as a one-time paid App Store download at the price Apple shows before purchase. It does not include a subscription, Google API access, Google credits, or reimbursement of provider fees.

Apple processes the purchase and handles App Store refund requests. Google separately charges or limits the Google Cloud project associated with the API key you enter.

You need your own eligible Google Gemini API key to generate or refine content. You are responsible for creating and securing that key, enabling any required billing, monitoring quotas and costs, restricting or rotating the key, and complying with Google's current terms.

Model access, pricing, duration, quality, safety decisions, quotas, and regional availability are controlled by Google and can change independently of 99Music. A paid Gemini API tier may be required for Lyria or for use in particular regions.

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use the Gemini API and Google AI Studio in your region. Do not use 99Music or the connected API for unlawful, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, privacy-invasive, or harmful content, or to evade provider safeguards.

Do not share an unrestricted key, submit confidential information you are not permitted to process, or use another person's voice, lyrics, identity, or protected work without the rights required by law and provider terms.

You remain responsible for your prompts, lyrics, exported tracks, and any rights or permissions needed to use or publish them. STRICS does not claim ownership of your creative inputs or generated tracks.

AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique, similar to output for others, or subject to legal and platform restrictions. Review every track before commercial publication and obtain independent advice when ownership, clearance, likeness, or licensing matters.

99Music depends on Apple platform capabilities and Google APIs. We may update the app to maintain compatibility, security, or provider support, but cannot guarantee that a preview model or provider endpoint remains available forever.

We may suspend support for misuse or where continued operation would violate law or provider terms. Local tracks already exported from the app remain under your control.

99Music is provided with the statutory rights and warranties that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, the app and AI output are provided without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular commercial purpose, or free of third-party claims.

STRICS is not responsible for Google account charges caused by your requests, leaked or misconfigured keys, provider outages, deleted local files, or uses of generated content that breach law or third-party rights, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

Austrian law applies except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. We may update these terms when the app, provider rules, or law changes; the current version remains published here.
